Savino Tarantini, 54, left this world peacefully holding his wife’s hand as he was greeted into heaven on February 15, 2013. Savino was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and friend. Savino was a gentle giant, known for his never ending spirit, contagious smile, and hearty laugh. He is survived by his wife of 25 years MaryAnn, his children, Angela, Andrea, Patrick, and son-in-law Andy, parents Antoinette and Luigi, brother Gino, sisters Linda and Lisa, and brother-in-laws Keith, Jeff, and Roger, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives near and far, and many friends. Born in 1958 in Vineland, N.J., Savino moved with his family to Scottsdale, AZ in 1968. He was a master builder of luxury homes for over 30 years in Scottsdale, loved traveling and family get togethers, was active in Cub Scouts with his son, church, NASCAR and drag racing, cooking, fishing, and golfing.
