Hildegard Rusche († 93)

After a short health related struggle our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother has passed into the arms of god. Born on March 7, 1919 in the Rhein-Ruhr area of Germany, she was married to Naval Officer Heinz and gave birth to two boys: Heinz-Joachim and Manfred-Michael.
The unfortunate and sudden passing of her husband in 1988 left her alone and without a partner for the rest of her life. She made it her purpose to always be there for children and grandchildren. Michael immigrated to the USA to follow his wildest dreams and had no kids, Heinz-Joachim stayed in the northern region of Germany, became a career Naval Officer and had two offsprings: Stefan and Florian, who produced seven boys and one girl, and Stephan one girl respectively. Hildegard was buried at sea as requested in her last will and her ashes where given to the endless body of water during a private ceremony by her family. |
